Certified Public AccountantsEach Certified Public Accountant has met the stringent requirements of California state law and has an active license in good standing to practice public accounting before the California Board of Accountancy. Our CPAs are verse in the matters of accounting and taxation, continually updating these skills through professional education. Yet each CPA has different experience which provides the opportunity to share these perspectives within our team, which strengthen the services given to our clients.
Tim Cronmiller, CPA, MBATim brings to our company and our clients his experience in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing and media industries working in senior financial management roles in both international and entrepreneurial environments, for companies with revenues in excess of $500 million. His diverse background has given him experience in:He earned his bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1976 and his MBA in 1984. He received his CPA designation in New York in 1978, while working for the CPA firm Deloitte & Touche. Tim is also a California licensed CPA. When he is not helping clients, Tim loves spending time with his wife Roslyn, and his two daughters.
Accountants
Christi is a senior staff accountant. She earned her Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Cal State Fullerton. She also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Before bringing her experience to the company, she has been an office manager in the medical field and held several positions in product development with major software companies using her BS in Engineering. This broad background provides her the ability to see client's issues from a variety of perspectives. When not in the office, Christi loves to spend her time with her physician husband and her twin son and daughter.
Victor is a senior staff accountant. Through his experience, he has become extremely knowledgeable in various avenues of accounting. Before coming to our firm, Victor worked as a Controller for multiple corporations. He graduated with his accounting degree in 1971 from Cal Poly Pomona. He also allows our firm to offer bilingual services, as he is fluent in Spanish. He is a proud grandfather of four and when out of the office he spends his time with his family.
Nancy is our full charge bookkeeper, covering all aspects of accounting; including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and improving control systems. Her experience has been acquired through servicing several companies in her roles as Office and Accounting Manager. Nancy earned her AA degree from San Jose City College. If you get a chance to work with her, you'll discover that her high energy, enthusiasm and conscientiousness is quite contagious.
Jodi earned her Bachelors Degree, with a major in International Studies from the University of Californina at Irvine. She found an interest in Accounting and we are so glad she has. She is very thorough and quick to learn the intricacies of each new assignment. She continually expands on her accouting and tax knowledge and looks forward to the day of passing the CPA exam.
Andrew started as an intern and upon completing his Bachelors Degree, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Cal State Fullerton, accepted a full time staff position in late 2008. He has an upbeat attitude and a desire to always improve.
Payroll
At our firm when you think of "Pay" you should think of Kay. She has been with the firm for thirteen years and as our payroll specialist, she is the absolute authority in payroll and can meet all of your payroll needs. Besides payroll processing, she also produces individual quarterly reports and W-2 year-end information. Kay enjoys spending her recreation time with her son and her three playful cats.
Office Manager
Lisa brings an element of warmth to Fleming, Cronmiller & Co. as she helps establish the CPA-client relationship. One of her main goals is to be a positive liason between the CPAs and the clients. She has been with the firm since January 2002. Prior to that she worked for May Company/Robinson's May for 18 years in customer service and as the Cash Office Manager. When not in the office, Lisa loves spending time with her husband of 25 years Roger, daughter and son-in-law and four little dogs.
Melissa is our front office assistant. Don't let the title fool you, without her assistance, the office would not run nearly as smoothly. She has earned a bachelors degree from the University of Southern California. You will quickly find that she brings a wonderful caringness to the hectic business world. She has been with the firm since February 2006 and can guide you to the appropriate resource to handle your questions, often providing the answers directly.
